The North Dakota Game & Fish Department is investigating a poaching that occurred over the weekend.

Emmons County Game Warden Erik Schmidt said that an antelope was shot and killed a few miles south of Hazelton on May 31. Anyone with information concerning the incident can contact Schmidt at (701) 254-2716, or call the Report All Poachers (RAP) hotline at 1-800-472-2121.

Callers can remain anonymous if they wish, or they may be eligible for a RAP reward.
