Winterland Coronation is Feb. 21 at Strasburg School



The Strasburg High School sophomore class is putting on this year’s “Winterland” coronation on Thurs., Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. in the south gym. Candidates representing the freshmen class are Artie Voller, son of Mark and Cindy Voller, and MyKira Vetsch, daughter of Tony and Tracy Vetsch. From the sophomore class are Sarah Gabriel, daughter of Robin and Kimberly Gabriel, and Anthony Roth, son of Tony and Rebecca Roth. Candidates from the junior class are Brooke Scherr, daughter of Mark and Jody Scherr, and Scotti Scherr, son of LeRoy and Ida Scherr. Representing the senior class are Jennifer Wikenheiser, daughter of Don and Deloris Wikenheiser, and Jon Stabler, son of Brad and Brenda Stabler. Throughout coronation week, the students at Strasburg High School will be participating in a theme activity for each day. Monday is Spirit Day, Tuesday is Class Color/Hat/Tie and Sucker Day, Wednesday is Redneck/ Duck Dynasty Day, Thursday is Blackout Day and Friday is Pajama/Movie Day.
