Kidder County, South Border pick up wins in district quarterfinals

The District 6 Boys’ Basketball Tournament got underway in Napoleon on Feb. 16 with the quarterfinals.

Kidder County advanced to the semi-final round with a 54-28 victory over Napoleon, and the Pirates played top-seeded Linton-HMB in the semi-final round on Feb. 18. In the other quarterfi- nal, South Border held off Central Prairie, 59-50, and the Mustangs played 2ndseeded Strasburg-Zeeland in the semi-finals on Feb. 18.
