Jim and Deb Vander Vorst spent several days visiting Mike and Karen Vander Vorst in San Diego, Calif. They were also able to visit with Damon and Jennifer Vander Vorst, Stephie and Matthew Vander Vorst, Roger Van Beek and Dorinda Van Beek.

Adrian and Lori Int Veldt were guests of Rodney and Lillis Silbernagel of Seattle, Wash., on February 14 through February 18. They toured the Boeing Airplane Plant, Pikes Peak Market Place and Tulalip Casino. They enjoyed seeing the mountains, Ipic theatre and antique shopping. They especially enjoyed the time spent with their friends.

Ken and Georgia Vander Vorst flew from Bismarck into Mesa, Ariz. They visited Gary and Jeanne Askvig in Scottsdale, Ariz., Arnie and Charlotte Huizenga, Mavis Dutt and Dorothy Huizenga in Mesa, Curtis and Vivian Vander Vorst in Surprise, Ariz. They toured and enjoyed the scenery around Sedona and Flagstaff, Ariz.

Trent and Christie Vander Vorst of Minot were weekend guests of Ken and Georgia Vander Vorst. They all attended the basketball games in Herreid, S.D., on Friday evening. Karson and Ashlyn Vander Vorst accompanied them back to Ken and Georgia’s and all of the above and Lance Vander Vorst were visitors at the Sunday morning church service.

Last weekend, Parker and Sarah Vander Wal and family of Fargo, Willis and Jane Vander Wal, Owen, Hunter and Connor Rohrich and Daniel Vander Wal were dinner guests at the home of Carter and Merlynn Vander Wal and celebrated Brody Vander Wal’s 4th birthday with cake and ice cream.

On Monday, Jane Vander Wal went to Bismarck and was an overnight guest of Rita Wetzstein. On Tuesday morning, Jane went to Sanford Health where Hunter had his tonsils removed. Rob and Crystal Rohrich and Gabriel were there also. Jane returned home Tuesday evening.

Eldon and Twylah Hollaar went to Linton on Friday where Eldon had therapy. They stopped at the Strasburg Care Center to visit Irene Anderson, Harley and Marion Vander Vorst and wished Clint Dykema a Happy Birthday.
