Emmons County Community Choir performs Easter Cantata in Strasburg



The Emmons County Community Choir presented the final performance of its Easter Cantata Sunday night at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Strasburg. Father Jason Signalness announced that the Cantata was dedicated to the memory of Augusta Roos, who died last week, and he led silent prayer in her honor. Kellie Wikenheiser sang a solo during offertory, “Lord, Let Me Walk.” The freewill offering went to Right to Life. Also singing solos were Derry Pool and Stella Stout. The Emmons County Community Choir will be joining together the third Monday of each month for future events. A location and time will be announced at a later date.
