I have been asked to share some gluten free recipes. I have talked to quite a few people that have to eat gluten free foods. So I hope these will be helpful.

Gluten Free Dinner Casserole

1 pound hamburger
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. catsup
16 oz. can pork and beans, undrained
12 oz. can corn,drained
8 oz. can green beans, drained
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 pound package frozen potato nuggets
1 c. shredded colby cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Combine with everything else but the potatoes and cheese. In a 9x13 inch pan, Place half of potatoes around the edge. Fill center with hamburger mixture and spread to edges. Top with remaining potatoes.

Bake at 375 dgrees preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Gluten Free Bread Made with the Bread Machine

1 package yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 c. white rice flour
1 c. brown rice flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 c. canola oil
2 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
1 2/3 c. water
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. dry milk powder

Place dry ingredients in a plastic bag and mix well before pouring into bread machine. Add eggs,oil,water and vinegar.

Bake on white bread setting.
