Lugard Leier was an Easter Day guest at the Allan and Diane Leier home in Bismarck. Other guests were Jamie and Justin Jacobson; Linton and Bruce Horner; Sara and Dave Gerdon; Ole and Janet Swanson; Howard and Marsha Leier; Tyler Leier and his fiancee, Jennifer York; Bob and Lori Leier; Mavis Schnabel; Tyler and Crista Walz and Allysa Leier.

Andy and Joan Schmidt also attended the Hazelton Lions Ladies Night last week.

Toni Hager accompanied by her grandsons, Ethan and Simon Hager, of Steele went to Edgeley on Saturday to spend Easter with Kent and Sheri Madcke and family Other guests were Liz King; Sharma and Connor Clemens and Keith and Michell Pfaff and family.

Lugard Leier accompanied Cyrella Wangler of Hazelton to Herreid, S.D., on Wednesday for the funeral of their cousin, Donald Weisbeck at St. Michael’s Catholic Church and burial in St. Michael’s cemetery. They also visited with family they hadn’t seen in some time.

Andy and Joan Schmidt were Easter Sunday guests at the home of their daughter, Mary Ann Byrne and son, Andrew of Dickinson. Other guests were Cameron and Nicol Weigel and sons Liam and Leyton; Carissa Meschke and sons, Maverick and Brody and friend Nicole all of Dickinson. Our contribution to the meal was some homemade ice cream.

Lugard Leier and Joan Schmidt visited Pete Schmidt and Rose Reis at the Napoleon Care Center last Friday.

The Braddock Senior Citizens met last Monday for their noon meal in connection with the Health Maintenance clinic. Andy Schmidt led the Pledge to the Flag and conducted the business meeting. Plans are gong forward for the Third Annual Craft Show which will be held on Sunday, May 5 at the Braddock Community Center. Watch for further advertising.
