Heidrich is the new supervisor at Prairie Rose Assisted Living

Fran Heidrich enjoys her position as Prairie Rose Assisted Living Supervisor. Fran Heidrich enjoys her position as Prairie Rose Assisted Living Supervisor. On March 26, Fran Potts- Heidrich began her new position as Prairie Rose Assisted Living Supervisor.

Previous to this appointment, she was employed at the Linton Hospital in the housekeeping department. Over the last 26 years, she also worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for several businesses, including their own.

Fran (Desterbecq) Potts- Heidrich was born and raised in Brussels, Belgium, until the age of 16. Their family moved to Fort Worth, Texas, in 1976. Her father was in the BelgianAir Force and worked on the F-16 Fighter Program in Fort Worth.

Fran graduated from Fort Worth Country Day School in 1980. In 1998, she obtained her Associate Degrees in Applied Science in Accounting and Business Management from Tarrant County College in Forth Worth.

In 2010, Fran moved to Linton from Fort Worth with her husband, Mark Heidrich. Mark was born and raised in Bismarck until the 1980s when his family moved to Fort Worth. His parents are Chuck and Glorian (Braun) Heidrich. Chuck was born west of Strasburg and raised on the family farm west of Linton, and Glorian was born and raised in Linton. They currently reside in Bismarck.

Fran and Mark have been married since 1995 and have a dog named Jack. Mark works as a waiter at Webo’s and enjoys his job as he loves to visit with people in the community.

“We love it here in Linton as Mark loves to hunt with his companion,” Fran said.

Fran is enjoying her new job as supervisor.

“I really wanted to get back into bookkeeping and office work,” Fran said.

Her goal as a supervisor is to make the business a success. She also looks forward to getting to know the residents and their families.

Linton Hospital CEO/ Administrator Robert Black looks forward to Fran’s efforts.

“We are pleased to be able to hire a person with Fran’s business and accounting experience,” Black said. “I am confident she will be successful in her new position.”
