Linton seniors help out with LHS Grad Finale fund-raiser

Members of the Class of 2013 helped out with the LHS Grad Finale aluminum can recycling fund-raiser throughout the year by bagging and storing the cans whenever the dumpster was full. Pictured above are Linton High School seniors (from left) Tyler Humann, Scott Schmidt, Brock Nagel, Clay Jacob, Levi Bernhardt and Patrick Schumacher, who are shown emptying the dumpster on April 6. Classmates Brandon Volk, James Vetter and Wayde Wangler, along with Linton School Superintendent Mr. Alan Bjornson, took the recycled cans to Gerdau Recycling in Bismarck on April 25, using a trailer provided by John Beck. The recycling project netted $475 this year.
