Margaret ‘Marge’ Wagner, 63, of Rapid City

Margaret Wagner Margaret Wagner Margaret “Marge” Wagner, 63, Rapid City, S.D., died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the RCRHAuxiliary Hospice House.

Margaret was born Oct. 29, 1949, at Strasburg to Simon and Elizabeth (Feist) Wagner.

She attended school and grew to adulthood in the area, graduating from Emmons County Central Catholic High School. She then moved to Rapid City and was employed with the Rapid City Regional health system for nearly 40 years. She retired because of poor health.

She was a member of the Church of St. Therese-The Little Flower.

Survivors include one brother, Edmond Wagner of Rapid City; and three sisters, Eufina Scherr of Rapid City, Mary Ann Crawford of Moorhead, Minn., and Luella Kinzler of Great Falls, Mont.; and several nieces and nephews.

Marge was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Elizabeth Gross and an infant brother in infancy, Raymond.

Memorial Wake and Rosary was held at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home, 2700 Jackson Boulevard, Rapid City with Marge’s nephew, Deacon Jim Scherr officiating.

Memorial Mass was at 10 am Monday, May 20, 2013, at Church of St. Therese-The Little Flower, 532 Adams Street, with the Rev. William Zandri officiating.

Burial will take place at a later date at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery at Strasburg.
