Emmons County Dairy & Ag Days Parade



The 2013 Emmons County Dairy and Ag Days Parade was held on Friday, June 7, in Linton. The parade was originally slated to include just the returning royalty and candidates for this year’s coronation, but some local businesses took part in the parade. Another parade, which was scheduled for Saturday, June 8, was cancelled due to inclement weather. Above, members of the Dan R. Richardson American Legion Post 54 led the parade. Members of the color guard were, from left, John Dykema, Joe Glasser, Lawrence Malsom and John J. Horner. Driving the color guard through the parade is Shane Jahner.
