N.D. Department of Health announces Bismarck dispensary opening date

On Tues., Aug. 13, 2019, the fourth medical marijuana dispensary in North Dakota opened in Bismarck. Harvest of Bismarck is located at 1207 Memorial Highway. For a qualifying patient or designated caregiver to enter the display area of a dispensary, they must have their registry identification card.
